Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of q4int.com (the “Site”), operated by Q4 International Projects Inc. (“Q4”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of this Site
Q4 is a strategic advisory and project architecture firm, and advisory work is what we do. This Site describes those services in general terms. Because it is written for a general audience, its content is not tailored to any particular client, project, or situation, and it is not a substitute for the advice we provide under an engagement. Q4 does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, engineering, or investment advice, whether through this Site or otherwise.
2. When an advisory relationship begins
Q4 welcomes enquiries from prospective clients. An advisory relationship begins under a written engagement agreement signed by an authorised representative of Q4, which defines its scope, and not merely by visiting this Site or sending us an initial message. Until an engagement or a confidentiality agreement is in place, unsolicited information you send us is not subject to a duty of confidentiality.
3. No offer or solicitation
Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, commodity, interest in a project, or other financial instrument, nor is it a recommendation regarding any transaction. Q4 does not provide brokerage, dealing, custody, escrow, or investment management services. See our Legal Disclaimer for the scope and limits of our role.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, logos, and the Q4 name and marks — are owned by Q4 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.
5. Third-party content and links
The Site may reference or embed third-party content, including a mapping service. Q4 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices, and references to third parties do not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond what is expressly stated.
6. Accuracy and availability
Q4 takes care in preparing the content of this Site but does not warrant that it is complete, current, or free from error. Content may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice, and Q4 does not undertake to update it. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Q4 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, or your reliance on its content, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any unlawful manner; to interfere with its operation or security; to attempt unauthorised access to any system; to scrape or harvest content or data by automated means; or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
9. Local access and compliance
The Site is operated from the United States. Q4 makes no representation that its content is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local law, including export control and sanctions requirements.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The federal and state courts located in the District of Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
11. Changes to these terms
Q4 may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
